Before working with Claudine I didn't realise how little I knew about my body, even though I thought I did. It wasn't a case of blind spots, it was blind areas! I didn’t know how to move my leg, for example!
I enjoy the extra movement that I’ve gained, and when I stiffen up again I don't feel so worried.

I used to worry is something is actually wrong with me - am I permanently injured? I soon found out that wasn't the case. Being able to watch how the body reacts and the shape it goes into when stressed was a real eye-opener. I am much more conscious of what’s happening and my reaction to it which is very useful.
I feel more in control of my body and my response to stress
